The Board of Directors at the Ponds at Foxhollow is elected annually, and consists of unpaid volunteers.  It serves in an advisory and decision-making capacity for our resort, while simultaneously establishing standards by which our resort is, and will be measured.

Ponds at Foxhollow Board meetings are held on an average of six times per calendar year, and take place at our resorts library.   Attendance to these meetings is open to all Association members – except when the Board finds it necessary to enter into executive session.  Importantly, because the Board adheres to a pre-planned, detailed agenda each time it convenes, and because of limited time constraints, spontaneous questions, comments or suggestions from attending Association members cannot be considered or responded to by the Board members.

 However, should an Association member have a suggestion or concern that they would like to bring before the Board for discussion, this will be gladly accomodated by submitting such suggestion or concern directly to the Ponds at Foxhollow president a full 30-days prior to the convening of the next regularly-scheduled meeting.  By doing so, members will be placed into the meetings agenda.  So that concerns can be properly addressed, no more than three Association members per meeting will be heard, and a time limit of no more than 15-minutes per issue will be afforded.  If your issue remains unresolved after this amount of time, the Board will further discuss the issue to its conclusion, and forward you a response via e-mail or surface mail.  Should you be notified that the next regularly-scheduled Board meeting agenda already contains the maximum allotment of three participating Association members, you will be scheduled into a future Board meeting and will be informed as to the meeting date.  If you feel that your suggestion or concern is of a time-sensitive nature, please e-mail or write to the Ponds at Foxhollow president directly.  All requests to address the Board, or letters and e-mail correspondence should be sent directly to:

2013 schedule of Ponds at Foxhollow Board Meetings

The 2013 schedule of Ponds at Foxhollow board meetings is: January 5; March 2; May 4;  September 21; October 19 (if necessary prior to the 2013 Annual Meeting).  All board meetings are held in the Ponds library and begin at 9:00AM/ET.  The 2013 Annual Meeting will be held on November 16 (The Manor House - 1:00PM/ET).
